Leadership & Mentorship
Our flagship leadership program connects women with experienced mentors who guide them through personal and professional growth. Through workshops, one-on-one sessions, and group cohorts, participants develop the confidence and skills to lead in every area of life.

Holiday Drives
Every year, S.O.U.L. collects toys and coats to give directly to those who need them most.
Our annual Holiday Toy Drive and Coat Drive bring the community together to provide warmth and joy to children and families. Collected items are donated directly to shelters, schools, and women recently released from incarceration — ensuring that the holiday season reaches everyone.
